1KMJ in Your City

The 1,000 Mile Journey is a family-oriented 1-mile walk around a state capitol or gov’t. building with 1,000 or more people taking a stand for the end of child abuse.

This fundraising event is an educational opportunity, an occasion to generate media coverage for the end of child abuse, and an opportunity to develop partnerships with other non-profits throughout your state.

We are committed to hosting this fundraising event in every state of our great nation. You can bring The 1,000 Mile Journey to your state.  The event takes around 6 months to create and develop & requires lots of volunteers and community contacts with a commitment to the end of child abuse.
